Eltek AS is searching for a Sales Representative for the CIS region.

CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States) is a region of former Soviet Republics. The region is expanding politically and economically and has proven to be an important part of Elteks expansion in the region. Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgystan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine, Armenia and Turkmenistan are all considered CIS countries. You will become part of a fast growing and responsible for building relations and sales development in these countries. You will be working in a dynamic team and also have the possibility to customize your position and make independent decisions
We are seeking a person with a background from power electronics or from the telecommunication sector with a good track record and ambitions to drive results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks

• Develop distribution channels in the CIS region.
• Participate on the forming the strategy and development of the region
• Integrate old and new customers
• Host technical seminars in different countries.
• Submit and customize commercial bids.
• Visit exhibitions in the region
• Analyze and review technical documentation in order to achieve the best technical solution

Candidate qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the region and experience working in the region
• Russian and English spoken and written
• Technical background with a University degree (electronics or engineering)
• Experience from sales of technical solutions.
• Personal computer and business solutions software skills
• Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, support personnel and external personnel at all levels.
• Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual
• Able to travel.
• The position is located to Kyiv, Ukraine

JOB PURPOSE

The Tech-support engineer shall be responsible for new/current project and report to Global account manager in regards to all engineering activities.
This professional engineering position is responsible for presenting product offerings and architecture in the best light to prospects and customers, to demonstrate confidence in Eltek's leading technology and removing all technical objections in the sales cycle. To accomplish this, the Sales Engineer must have a strong desire to leverage their technical and/or sales skills, including the ability to solicit business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, configure and effectively identify the solutions that address these requirements and provide business value.

JOB CONTENT / RESPONSIBILITY

• Understand the customer need and establish Eltek's product as the best solution and present customized demos
• Basic local modification of systems as and when required (such as fitting of output load MCBs to standard off-the-shelf systems etc)
• Analysis, rectification and repair of QA related matters with systems that fail in the incoming inspection at both Eltek and 3rd party facilities.
• Ensure effective and precise response to all emergency calls
• Preparation of equipment demonstrations and presentations at customer meetings
• Technical liaison with customer site engineers for power solution proposal
• Respond effectively to RFPs
• Technical engineering related support to other internal departments.
• Technical translation of Eltek equipment specification and test data from English into Korean as may be necessary from time to time.
• Keep him / herself updated on new products and solutions within the Eltek product range by way of self-study using the Eltek's corporate systems available including all product Change Orders, Stop Orders, Stop Order Releases and other internal communications related to Eltek products and solutions.
• Other tasks, within reason as given by Eltek Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS / ATTRIBUTES

• College graduate in electrical engineering or equivalent is an advantage
• Experience in design, development and deployment of power solution industry a major advantage
• Must possess a broad and deep level of knowledge and understanding of the Electrical engineering
• Demonstrated ability to define customer requirements and deliver results exceeding those requirements
• Must understand and be responsive to customer needs, work under tight deadlines and proven teamwork ability as well as working independently
• Available to travel nationwide/overseas as required
• Project management & organizational skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive & energetic

• You are skilled within Lean Six Sigma, QA techniques and tools
• You have experience with industrialization of electronic designs (experience from the automotive industry is an advantage (ISO/TS 16949))
• You have a proven track record in implementing business process improvements
• You are competent in MS Office
• You master the English language

• God kjennskap til dokumentasjonskrav innen dette markedet

Responsibilities

Industrialization of Elteks power chargers and power supplies

• Be part of the Global Supplier Process team
• Responsible for production process design in development projects,
• including DFM and PFMEA activities
• Give technical support and training to our Contract Manufacturers, including key
• suppliers. This involves on-site visits in Europe and Asia on a regular basis.
• Perform technical supplier evaluations, alone or as part of Elteks audit team
• Know and act according to Elteks automotive QA requirements and the automotive
• standard ISO/TS16949
• Participate in technical reviews and product release meetings in R&D.
• Participate in Root Cause analyzes , and initiate improvement activities

Qualifications

• Electronics, B.Sc or technical college
• Knowledge to/experience from Electronic production
• Knowledge to/experience from FMEA and DFM work
  Good Norwegian and English language skills both written and oral are required
• Flexible with regards to travelling
• Lack of formal qualifications may be outweighed be the following personal
