Group Structure

It is the Company’s philosophy to have a lean corporate organization and distribute responsibilities and execution power as close to customers as possible. Corporate staff is limited to the number required to secure sufficient control and efficient central functions, while providing great local flexibility.

Each of the operating companies has a customer-driven organization, with a high degree of local market flexibility. Centralized functions include market intelligence, R&D, second line support, supply chain management and marketing.

* Following the divestment of Nera Networks in January 2011, Eltek has evaluated strategic options for the remaining business. Nera Telecommunications Ltd has been defined to be outside of core business and based on available information per 31 December 2011, Nera Telecommunications Ltd. is classified as disposal group held-for-sale in the Consolidated Balance Sheet, and as discontinued operations in the Consolidated Income Statement.
