Nera Networks is specialized within microwave radio transmission systems. In 2008, Nera Network’s revenue amounted to NOK 1 797 million, a growth of 37 %. The high growth rate is proof of the competitiveness of the software defined Evolution Series radios. The Evolution Series portfolio enables Nera Networks to address a larger portion of the Point-to-Point (PtP) transmission market than the company was able to target with its previous product generations.
