Group structure and reporting
The Group reporting structure corresponds to the organizational structure. In addition, the reporting area “Corporate” comprises Group administration functions.It is the Company’s philosophy to have a lean corporate organization and distribute responsibilities and execution power as close to customers as possible. Corporate staff is limited to the number required to secure sufficient control and efficient central functions, while providing great local flexibility. This is true for the Group as a whole, as well as for each business unit.
Each of the operating companies has a customer-driven organization, with a high degree of local market flexibility. Centralized functions include market intelligence, R&D, second line support, supply chain management and marketing.
