RUNE FINNE ASSUMES CEO POSITION ALSO IN ELTEK VALERE AS

CEO Rune Finne in Eltek ASA will from April 1, 2010 assume the position as CEO also in Eltek Valere AS, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Eltek ASA.

The position has been held by Knut Aven, who will take over responsibility for the companys activities within power solutions for Industrial applications and the new initiatives towards the growing market for Renewable Energy.

Rune Finne assumed the position as CEO of Eltek ASA with effect from March 1, 2010, when he came from the position as Managing Director of ABB Norway with responsibility for ABB Process Automation.
