Bengt Thuresson (b. 1954), Chairman of the Board

Mr. Thuresson has more than 30 years experience from international high-tech businesses. He is since 1999 the Chairman of Komplett ASA, a leading European internet retailer. Mr. Thuresson is currently a board member of Tandberg ASA, Protan AS, T-VIPS AS and Cinevation AS. Mr. Johansen is former Senior Vice President of the Telenor Group. He joined Telenor in 1989 and has held a number of positions in the Group. Mr. Greve is educated at Oslo University as cand.jur. in 1987. He has worked as attorney-at-law in the law firm Wiersholm and at Oslo Stock Exchange, and as a partner in the law firm Wikborg Rein from 1993 to 2007. Astrid Kårstad (b. 1963), Board Member

Astrid Kårstad holds a Master of Business Administration from BI Norwegian School of Management and a Certified Financial Analyst (AFA) from Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration. Ms. Kårstad has extensive experience in the fields of finance, corporate strategy, investor relations, ICT, mergers and acquisitions, and project management. In addition to several company-internal Board positions, Ms. Kårstad was 2003-2005 a Director on the Board of Directors of the then stock exchange listed IT company Hands ASA. Dia S. Weil (b. 1951) Board Member

Mrs. Weil has served as Chairman of a private secondary school in Chicago, Illinois since 2002.
