Whistleblower Channel

Eltek recognizes that free and open expression of concerns is fundamental and essential to the safe and efficient operations of our business.

Employees of ELTEK and anyone acting on behalf of Eltek in fulfilling our mission have the right and obligation to report any concerns or complaints relating to an infringement of laws, regulations, or the Eltek governance framework. Eltek encourages communications between management and employees and has a zero tolerance for any acts of retaliation against anyone for identifying, expressing or reporting concerns.

Concerns or Complaints Reporting Form


If you have a concern or complaint to report relating to an infringement of laws, regulations, or the Eltek governance framework, you should usually talk to your immediate leader.  If you cannot contact your immediate leader, you should move up the chain of command.  However, if you have reasons not to approach your local line management, your concerns may be brought forward to the Eltek Group Compliance Officer through filling in and submitting this Reporting Form. Reports submitted will be handled promptly and discreetly according to the Eltek Group Compliance Governance and Procedures.
